1. Service Cancellation

You can cancel a service request up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit for a full refund (if prepaid).
If cancellation is made after the technician dispatch, a ₹100 visit charge may apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable if:

The service could not be delivered due to GERN India’s fault
You cancel the booking within the allowed time
You made duplicate or erroneous payments

You made duplicate or erroneous payments

Work completed and accepted by the customer
- Issues arising post-repair due to unrelated causes

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
For assistance, email support@gernindia.com with booking ID and payment proof.
