1. Service Cancellation

  • You can cancel a service request up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit for a full refund (if prepaid).
  • If cancellation is made after the technician dispatch, a ₹100 visit charge may apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable if:
    • The service could not be delivered due to GERN India’s fault
    • You cancel the booking within the allowed time
    • You made duplicate or erroneous payments
  • You made duplicate or erroneous payments
    • Work completed and accepted by the customer
    • - Issues arising post-repair due to unrelated causes

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
